Raymond Banfer, MD
Raymond Banfer, M.D. is a native of Silver Spring, Maryland and a graduate of the University of Maryland in College Park. He received his medical degree from the University of Maryland in Baltimore, where he also served as Chief Resident of the Family Medicine Residency Program. He has been board certified in Family Medicine since 1988. His special interests include preventive medicine and patient education.

Philip Breen, MD
Dr. Breen conpleted his Ph.D at University of Chicago and medical school at Case Western Reserve University. He completed a surgical residency at the University of Virginia Hospital and provided years of surgical services at Geisinger Medical Center. Dr. Breen served in the US Navy. He is available to see patients of all ages.

Dr. Ekanayake grew up in Colombo Sri Lanka and has been practicing in Texas and Maryland for over eleven years. He specializes in Obstetrics including Bladder Suspension, minimally invasive special procedures and vaginal surgery.

Shannon W. Fegan, PA-C
A Huntingdon County native, Shannon is a graduate of Saint Francis University and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She is focused on providing high quality health care and emphasizes, “preventive care can be key to staying healthy throughout life”. As a Certified Physician Assistant Shannon is available to see patients of all ages.

Dr. Nadim Hawa
Dr. Hawa is a graduate of the University of Balamand, Lebanon. He completed his residency and fellowship with the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopist at George Washington University Hospital in DC. Dr. Hawa joined the Tri-State practice to add further excellence to our caring for women’s health. In addition, to his passion for obstetrics, he specializes in same day gynecologic surgery through minimally invasive laparoscopic approaches with very short recoveries. In his spare time, he enjoys swimming, biking and traveling the world.

Ethel Hooper
Dr. Hooper has worked all over the world serving many diverse poplulations of women from Kenya, East Africa to South Dakota and Alaska. Dr. Hooper specializes in Obstetrics including Cesarean Section, Menopause Management, Abnormal Pap Management including Colposcopy and LEEP; Minimally Invasive surgical procedures including Laparoscopy, Hystercopy including Adiana tubal ligation, Essure tubal ligation, and Novasure endometrial ablation.

Danielle Houck, PA
Danielle was born and raised in Fulton County and graduated from Central Fulton High School. She received a B.S. in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State University, University Park, PA. Danielle received her Masters of Health Science degree in Physician Asistant studies in 2011 from Lock Haven University, Lock Haven, PA. Danielle values providing high quality healthcare to her hometown.

Matt was raised in the McConnellsburg area. After graduating from Central Fulton High School, he studied Pre-Med/Biology at Mansfield University in Mansfield, PA. He received his Physicians Assistant B.S. at Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, PA. In his spare time, Matt enjoys playing golf, kayaking, running and working out at the gym.

Stephanie Robbins is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She completed her masters in nursing with high honors at Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia. She is a passionate educator within her community and with her patients as well as an advocate for continuing education. Stephanie is available to see patients of all ages.

Travis Schildt, a native of Berkeley Springs, WV, is a 2002 graduate of West Virginia University and a 2006 graduate of the West Virginia University School of Medicine. He completed his family medicine residency in Harpers Ferry, WV in 2009 and received his board certification in Family Medicine in 2010. He is available to see patients of all ages.

Dr. Spiggle is a specialist in internal medicine and has over 25 years experience treating adults and adolescents in this region. A past president of the Maryland State Medical Society, Dr. Spiggle co-founded Braddock Medical Group and Allegany Health Right.

Jeanette Sweitzer, CRNPA graduate of Marymount University and Davis and Elkins College, Jeanette is a certified nurse practitioner in both Family Practice and Pediatrics.
