A Message to Our Patients and Community

At Tri-State Community Health Center, our highest priority has always been you—our patients, neighbors, and families. For nearly 40 years, it has been our privilege to provide affordable, high-quality healthcare to nearly 20,000 residents across Maryland, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

We want to share an important update regarding our organization. We are currently working through an internal leadership transition and resolving outstanding grant-reporting requirements. Please rest assured that we are taking swift, decisive steps to address these administrative needs and strengthen our foundation for the future. We have brought in dedicated external support to guide this process, and thanks to the extraordinary dedication of our staff—many of whom have stepped up to take on added leadership—we are making significant progress every day.

Our Commitment to Your Care
Most importantly, our doors remain open. All five of our clinics in Hancock, Cumberland, Berkeley Springs, and McConnellsburg are actively seeing patients. While specific services may temporarily vary by location as we navigate this period, we are working closely with regional health partners to ensure you get the compassionate, comprehensive care you need without interruption. Please contact your local clinic directly to confirm available services or to discuss your care options.

We know how much you count on us, and we do not take your trust for granted. Once these administrative requirements are complete, Tri-State Community Health Center will return to full strength—delivering the same dependable, top-tier healthcare you have relied on since 1987.
